STEP 2 – REMOTE RESPONSE

If a problem continues we remotely access the system from our office in London. We’ll run our test procedure, then make the necessary changes where required.

STEP 3 – PHYSICAL RESPONSE

The engineering team are always on hand should any issues not be resolved over the phone or remotely. Our team will be available as soon as possible from the original call.
