Chelsea Waterfront is a world class development set in the heart of one of the capitals most historic and sought after sites. Flux have worked in a range of apartments in the scheme from notably one of the penthouse’s to a sub penthouse duplex. Both apartments were fully automated throughout and connected to landlord systems for concierge and intercom services.
The project inclucded 4K video distribution and integrated audio systems throughout, a full Crestron lighting systems completed with their matching shading solutions and intercom and concierge services.
